Customer Request Overview

Go to (http://support.huawei.com/support/) to register. After registration, Huawei customers can log in and raise

requests, track requests process, receive Huawei¡¯s solutions, and review history requests. Once logged in, select

My Support and the window below will appear, click on My requests to enter the call request database.
