Partners - Requirements

There are some basic requirements for being a quality FutureWei’s partner. We expect that our partners have the ability to cover some scope of market and have a strong industry background and reputation. Based on your available market, we will jointly define the territory and the target customer. We will also agree on an annual sales target and make every effort to work with you to accomplish this target. You will be required to provide some certified professionals for technical support and sales while providing all the pre-sale and after-sale technical service to the end user. We require our partners to order initial stock and maintain this inventory, in order to meet any customer urgent purchasing demand. This represents your willingness and sincere intent for building a successful relationship with FutureWei. We require our partners to purchase samples of Huawei’s series network products in order to provide product demonstrations to the end user. This will assist your employees to become very knowledgeable and proficient with FutureWei’s products.

Because customer needs are a very high priority, we insist customer satisfaction level targets be met to ensure the continued strong reputation of FutureWei’s products and the effective purchasing environment of the FutureWei/Partner relationship.

Requirements

Have state-wide market coverage and major client groups

Be within annual sales targets of FutureWei products

Have Certified technical support & sales professionals

Be Responsible for all the pre-sale and after-sale technical service and Training for end users

Guarantee technical support quality

Maintain a Minimum inventory stocking purchase

Keep product series samples for customer demonstrations

Keep adequate spare parts for a stated period

Meet customer satisfaction targets
